Kelly Cassella
Creative Director
A leader in impact-driven advisory services, Mrs. Kelly Cassella spearheads Genaesis Creative, the full-service in-house creative agency of Genaesis, LLC. Mrs. Cassella has built a global reputation for delivering transformative design solutions to a diverse range of clients.
With over 80% of her engagements working with mission-focused non-profits and disadvantaged small businesses, her design work is renowned for its broad reach, spanning from helping the oceans, innovation, and entrepreneurism to supporting returning military veterans and displaced refugees.
With an award-winning career in marketing and design, Mrs. Cassella previously served as Art Director at Edelman, the world's largest PR firm. During her tenure, she directed and supported high-profile marketing campaigns for some of the world's most well-known companies, including GE, Bosch, Samsung, Waste Management, and PhRMA.
Mrs. Cassella is also a seasoned entrepreneur, having founded Kelly Anne Design, which was acquired by Genaesis in 2016. She remains a proud alumnus of Edinboro University, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Applied Media Arts and Graphic Design, and continues to give back to her alma mater, serving as an Adjunct Professor of Design, sharing her knowledge and experience with the next generation of creatives.
Toni Loughlin
Art Director
She serves as Art Director at Genaesis Creative, bringing over 12 years of experience in website design & development, SEO, analytics, and email marketing. Before joining Genaesis Creative, Toni spent seven years at a marketing technology firm, where she led creative campaigns, managed brand assets, and revamped marketing processes. Her efforts contributed to over 3x increase in lead generation for her firm and unprecedented revenue growth for both her firm and their clients.
Toni has a proven track record in developing high-impact digital solutions, including the redesign as well as the end to end creation and management of websites for clients ranging from new technology firms to digital advertising companies. Past clients have also included high impact projects for a prominent university in Pennsylvania, optimizing SEO and improving website user experience.
At Genaesis Creative, Toni leverages her extensive expertise to support the diverse digital and design needs of clients, including high-growth federal contractors, non-profits, and early-stage businesses. Her strategic approach ensures that clients receive comprehensive and innovative design solutions. Working closely with Creative Director Kelly Cassella and supported by the broader Genaesis team,Toni is dedicated to delivering exceptional digital and design services.
